Smoothies
We had so much fun making smoothies and doing yoga on Tuesday. I thought I'd pass along the recipe for the smoothies since they were a big hit. The girls didn't think they were going to taste good, and made all kinds of disgusted noises while I was making them. As soon as someone was brave enough to taste it, and declare it delicious, everyone was on board. I think everyone had seconds, if not thirds!
1 Banana
1 Cup frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup frozen Blueberries
1 vanilla yogurt
Handful of baby spinach
1/2 Cup Apple Juice
Blend and enjoy!
You can add more apple juice if you're having trouble getting it to blend, and if you use fresh fruit instead of frozen you'll need to add ice to get that "smoothie" texture.

Love Notes
We'll be making boxes for our "Family Love Notes" this week at Activity Days.
We'll meet at the church on Tues. the 8th from 3:30 to 4:30.
Please bring a small empty box. A tissue box is perfect because it already has a hole in the top, but a shoe box, cereal box, empty oatmeal container or any other small box would work great.
We're looking forward to seeing everyone soon!
